Light is good and dark is bad.
That is the simple fad.
Though if you think the other way,
Is darkness good and light just pain.
Darkness is the unknown,
The door that will not open,
The question with no answer,
The lock without a key.
Light is the known,
Yet secrets hide within it,
And pains come from it.
As burns and fire and blinding beams.
Though light is the fire darkness is cool,
Laced with small amounts of due.
A gentle touch,
Soft on the eyes.
Though you cannot see,
Do you ever really?
With secrets in the light,
It can truly make you weary.
Darkness is blinding.
Light is sight but you cannot really see.
If you cannot see with sight,
Is darkness really to fear?
There is nothing to fear but fear itself,
But fear is not always so rational.
Fear shapes us and makes us.
We are nothing without it.
If fear is courage and courage is fear,
Who am I and who are you?
